XS Series Sand Washer

XS series sand and stone washing machine is widely used in construction sites, sand and stone factories, hydropower station concrete dam construction sites and other industries. It has the characteristics of high cleaning degree, reasonable structure, large processing capacity and low power consumption. Less sand is lost in the process of sand washing, especially the transmission part of the sand washing machine is isolated from water and sand, so its failure rate is much lower than that of the current commonly used sand washing machine.   • 1. Simple structure and easy maintenance:

    The whole machine adopts a simple and reasonable structural design, without complex redundant parts, and the layout is scientific, which is not only convenient for on-site installation and debugging, but also extremely convenient for daily maintenance. Without professional and technical personnel, ordinary operators can complete basic inspection, cleaning and other maintenance work, greatly reduce operation and maintenance costs and downtime, and ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the production line.

  • 2. The machine has almost no wearable parts except the screen:

    The core components are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials. After special process treatment, they have excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Except for the normal wear of the screen due to long-term contact with sand and gravel, the rest of the key parts are not easy to damage, which effectively reduces the replacement frequency and procurement costs of consumable parts.

  • 3. Long service life, long-term maintenance-free:

    Relying on reasonable structural design and high-quality component configuration, especially the design of the transmission part to isolate from water and sand, it greatly reduces the incidence of equipment failure and extends the service life of the whole machine. The equipment operates stably and reliably, does not require frequent maintenance in daily life, and can be operated continuously for a long time, further improving production efficiency and reducing users’ operation and maintenance investment.

Working Principle:

The motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after decelerating through the triangular belt, reducer and gear. The sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feeding trough, tumble under the drive of the impeller, and grind each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and stone, and destroy the water vapour layer covering the sand particles, so as to promote dehydration. At the same time, add water to form a strong water flow, take away impurities and foreign objects with small specific gravity in time, and discharge them from the overflow outlet washing tank to complete the cleaning effect. Clean sand and stone are taken away by the blade, and the sand and stone are poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the cleaning of the sand and stone.

Product Instructions for Use:

  1. Check before power-on: remove debris around the equipment and in the washing tank, and check whether the bolts of each connection part are tight; check whether the motor, reducer, gear and other parts are sufficiently lubricated, whether the circuit connection is reliable, and whether the grounding is good; after confirming that the screen is not damaged, the impeller rotates flexibly, and there is no jamming phenomenon, the equipment can be started.
  2. Operation: After the equipment is started, wait for the operation to run smoothly and then feed evenly, control the feeding speed to match the amount of water, and ensure that the sand and gravel are fully rolled and cleaned; closely observe the operation status of the equipment during operation, check whether the impeller rotates, the water flow size is normal, and whether there is abnormal noise, water leakage, etc., and immediately stop the problem for troubleshooting.
  3. Downtime operation: stop feeding first, continue to add water and run for 3-5 minutes, clean and discharge the residual sand and stone in the washing tank; turn off the water source, and turn off the power supply after the impeller stops rotating completely; after shutdown, clean up the residual materials in the washing tank, impeller and discharge tank in time to avoid clumping and blockage.
  4. Safety specifications: When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden to touch the impeller, gears and other rotating parts by hand, and it is strictly forbidden to open the protective cover of the equipment; it is strictly forbidden to overload feeding to avoid damage to the equipment; it is strictly forbidden to clean up, adjust or overhaul operations during operation. Before overhaul, the power supply must be cut off and the equipment must be completely stopped.

 

Product Maintenance:

  1. Daily maintenance (must be done every shift): clean up the equipment surface, washing groove, impeller and sieve residual materials after downtime to avoid material corrosion and clumping; check the tightening of each connection bolt, and tighten it in time when it is loose; check the oil level of the lubricating part, and replenish the suitable model lubricant in time when it is insufficient; check whether the sieve is damaged, if it is damaged If it is broken, replace it in time.
  2. Regular maintenance (weekly/monthly): check the operating status of the motor and reducer every week, clean up the dust and debris on the surface, and check the insulation of the line; check the wear of the impeller every month, and repair or replace it in time if there is serious wear; check the wear and loosening of the transmission parts (triangular belt, gear), and adjust or replace it in time ; Check the sealing part of the equipment to prevent water leakage and sand leakage.
  3. Long-term downtime maintenance: Before long-term downtime, thoroughly clean up the residual materials inside and outside the equipment, rinse them with water and dry them; empty the lubricating oil of each lubricating part and store it properly; place the equipment in a dry and ventilated place, and do a good job of dustproof and moisture-proof treatment to avoid parts rusting; before re-use, comprehensively check the status of the equipment and add Start after the new lubricant.
  4. Maintenance taboos: It is forbidden to use lubricating oils and consumable parts that do not meet the requirements to avoid damage to the core parts of the equipment; it is forbidden to disassemble the core parts of the equipment at will. If disassembly is necessary, it should be operated according to the specifications; it is forbidden to carry out maintenance and overhaul without complete shutdown and power supply.
