FAQ

Feeder, that is, the vibrating feeder, is divided into ZSW heavy rod feeder and GZG light synchronous feeder, which is installed below the raw material warehouse and the front end of the primary crusher. Four core functions:
1. Uniform and quantitative feeding: feed large pieces of raw stones into the jaw at a continuous and uniform speed to avoid the instantaneous blockage of the crusher and the stuffing machine;
2. Pre-screening and removing impurities: ZSW has its own bar grid to separate soil, fine powder and gravel in advance, and reduce the dust and ineffective feeding of the crushing chamber;
3. SHUNT CONTROL: ADJUST THE AMplitude AND FREQUENCY TO CONTROL THE FEED SPEED TO MATCH THE PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF THE CRUSHER;
4. Protect the host: eliminate the direct flushing crusher of large pieces and miscellaneous matter, reduce the impact wear of jaw plate and bushing, and extend the service life of the crusher.

1. ZSW heavy-duty rod vibration feeder: special for coarse crushing front end, rod structure, can sieve soil, maximum feeding more than 800mm large pieces of raw stone, suitable for granite and basalt hard rock mines; 2. GZG light vibration feeder: medium fine crushing supporting use, no rod, conveying small and medium-grained gravel, used for cone, counter-back breaking front-end uniform feeding, mostly used for secondary crushing and return material transhipment. Selection rules: ZSW is selected for the jaw break in the raw material warehouse; GZG is selected for cone return and fine transhipment.

It can be equipped with a circular sieve and a sand washing machine separately. Mine screening and sand and stone cleaning processes can be separately equipped with GZG feeder uniform-speed fabric to prevent the sieve surface from being blocked and improve the screening efficiency.

Mn13Cr2 standard high-manganese steel liner and bar are fine. The material hardness is low, the washing wear is small, and the procurement cost is lower to meet the intermittent production needs.

The production capacity depends on the width, vibration frequency, amplitude and raw material specific gravity of the model. The whole series of ZSW/GZG supports customised widening of the tank, lengthening of the fuselage, and increasing the exciter. It can match the corresponding specification feeder according to the output of the customer's crusher, so as to realise the synchronous matching of the production capacity of the whole production line.

High-humidity clay is easy to stick the rod and cause blockage. Solution: increase the gap of the rod, install a vibration cleaning device, choose a variable frequency adjustable amplitude model, and cooperate with the raw material warehouse to spray water control to avoid a large amount of mud entering the feeding tank.
