The PE/PEX basic model of the same tonnage is only divided into two types of jaw plates: coarse deep cavity and standard medium; the size of jaw plate, moving jaw body and flywheel of different tonnages (such as PE600, PE750, PE900) is completely different; the size of EC and JC imported replica models is independent and cannot be exchanged with domestic PE. Change, you need to provide the complete model parameters when placing an order.

What are the two mainstream materials of jaw plate, edge guard plate and pressure block wear-resistant parts, and are they suitable for working conditions?

1. Mn13Cr2 standard high-manganese steel: moderate toughness, high cost-effectiveness, common to small and medium-sized materials such as limestone, construction waste, bluestone and other medium-sized materials;

2. Mn18Cr2 high chromium high manganese alloy: stronger impact processing hardening, resistant to angular stone washing, specially designed for granite, basalt, iron ore and other high-hard mines, and the wear-resistant life is improved by more than 30%.

Can the deep cavity coarse jaw plate and the standard middle jaw plate be used interchangeable?

Exchange is not recommended. The tooth shape of the deep cavity jaw plate is deeper and the feeding space is larger, which is suitable for coarse crushing of large pieces of raw stone; the teeth of the crushed jaw plate in the standard are shallow and the output is finer, which will cause production capacity decline, uncontrolled discharge particle size, and abnormal wear of the jaw plate.

Do you support customised non-standard and imported special jawbreaking accessories for old models?

Support drawing, sample, 3D scanning modelling reproduction; can be customised to thicken the wear-resistant jaw plate, lengthen/shorten the thrust plate, multi-slot widen the flywheel, and transform the special moving jaw body, and strictly match the original equipment installation hole and external size.

Can the mixed batch be packed and shipped with cones and counter-counterattack broken accessories?

It supports one-stop mixed batch procurement. The jaw-breaking accessories can be combined with cone Mantle/Concave, counterattack Blow Bar, and auxiliary wear-resistant parts to reduce the customer's single-cabinet shipping cost, which is suitable for overseas accessories agents to collect in bulk.

What are the key installation specifications for replacing the jaw plate and pressure block?

1. Clean up the debris on the outer wall of the jaw body of Jaw Stock to ensure that the back of the jaw plate fits perfectly without gaps;
2. The upper and lower pressure blocks are evenly locked diagonally to avoid unilateral loosening and causing the jaw plate to shake;
3. After the assembly is completed for 1–2 hours of no-load operation, check whether the whole machine has abnormal sound and deviation;
4. Strictly control the maximum size of the feed, and prohibit large pieces of stone material that exceeds the specification from entering the crushing cavity.
