We provide one-on-one free model selection service. You only need to provide the ore type, raw stone size, discharge requirements, production capacity and site working conditions, and the technical team can accurately match the whole set of equipment solutions for crushing, screening and conveying, so as to avoid the problems of improper selection and mismatched production capacity.
We have our own physical factory at the source, without intermediaries. We support domestic and foreign customers to inspect the factory, see the production line and check the inventory throughout the whole process, and the production strength can be verified transparently.

The delivery date is stable and efficient. Regular standard equipment will be shipped within 15 working days; non-standard customised equipment will be shipped within 30 working days, and the production schedule will be confirmed in advance during the peak season to ensure the delivery time limit.
Foreign trade adopts FOB transaction terms uniformly. The factory is responsible for production, quality inspection, cabinet loading and customs declaration. The process is standardised and transparent, which is convenient for overseas customers and agents to independently arrange sea transportation and customs clearance.
We have independent physical and chemical laboratories and precision testing centres, and the whole process is controlled according to ISO standards. Equipped with German Bruker direct reading spectrometer, chemical analysis instrument, 30-ton universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, metallographic microscope, hardness tester. It can accurately detect material composition, mechanical properties, metalloic structure, hardness and impact strength, and inspect the whole link from raw materials to finished products, so as to prevent unqualified products from leaving the factory.
We adopt the whole process of independent closed-loop production, and there is no outsourcing in the whole process. The complete process includes: 3D scanning modelling → model preparation → precision modelling → intermediate frequency melting → precision casting → professional heat treatment → finishing → CNC machining → precision testing → finished products are warehoused.
