Full coverage of multi-cylinder hydraulic HPT/HC, spring PYF, single-cylinder hydraulic cone full specification models; coarse, medium, short-head fine cavity accessories are complete, which can be purchased separately, or the whole machine can be packaged and supplied with a complete set of overhaul.

1. Consumable parts (Mantle, Concave, Steel Bushing) are in direct contact with ore or long-term sliding friction, which are high-frequency consumables and should be replaced once every 1–6 months according to the working conditions; 2. Structural parts (Cone Body, Frame frame) do not wear out directly. After several years of normal working conditions, it only needs to be overhauled and replaced after the equipment is seriously impacted and oil shortage.

HC/HPT/PYF full series of crushing walls, rolling mortar walls, steel bushings are in stock all year round; Cone Body, Frame racks and other large structural parts standard models have sufficient inventory; own cast steel and machining production lines, which can be shipped in batches all year round, supporting overseas mines, maintenance factories, agents Commercial annual collection, complete packaging and export.

Support drawing, sample and 3D modelling reproduction customisation; can produce thickened and wear-resistant Mantle/Concave, lengthened reinforced steel bushings, special moving cones for old transformation, non-standard rack lining plates, and strict standard equipment for size and assembly holes.

It is not universal. Under the same mainframe model, the coarse Mantle/Concave cavity is wide and the feed size is large; the short-head fine cavity is narrow, the output particle size is fine, and the arc, thickness and external dimensions of the accessories are completely distinguished. The cavity type needs to be confirmed when purchasing.

1. The wear thickness of the wear-resistant layer exceeds 1/2, and the output particle size continues to become coarser and the production capacity decreases; 2. Cracks, notches and perforations appear in the lining wall, and the equipment makes a violent noise; 3. Severe grinding on one side, and the crushing gap cannot be adjusted to the standard range; 4. The needle-like content of the finished aggregate has increased significantly, and the effect of shaping and crushing has failed.
