The equipment adopts a double eccentric shaft exciter, which has strong excitation force, stable amplitude, uniform and continuous feeding, and high production efficiency, which can ensure that the receiving equipment works in an ideal state.

The gap of the feed grid of the equipment can be flexibly adjusted, and the gap size can be adjusted at will according to the on-site material particle size and crushing process needs. Working Principle:
It is mainly composed of vibration frame 1, vibrator, spring 3, motor vibration frame and motor 4, etc. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts in a specific position. When assembled, the two gears must be engaged according to the marking phase. Driven by the motor, the two eccentric shafts are rotated to produce a huge synthetic linear excitation force to force the body to vibrate on the support spring, and the material uses this vibration active force to slide on the material groove. Move and throw, so that the material moves forward and achieves the purpose of feeding. When the material passes through the sieve strip on the trough, the smaller material can fall through the gap of the sieve strip, which can have the effect of screening without going through the crushing process of the next channel.
