PY Cone Crusher

This series of crushers is used to crush all kinds of ores and rocks of medium hardness or higher. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment and economy. Its spring insurance system is an overload protection device that can make the foreign iron block pass through the crushing cavity without harming the machine. It adopts two sealing forms of dry oil or water to isolate the stone powder from the lubricating oil and ensure reliable operation. The form of the crushing cavity is determined by the purpose of the ore. The standard type is suitable for medium crushing, medium-sized, and the short-head type is suitable for fine crushing.

  • 1. High operating efficiency

    It adopts the continuous rotation design of the dynamic cone, abandoning the traditional intermittent crushing mode, the power transmission is stable, the material crushing process is smooth and efficient, and there is no need to start and stop repeatedly, which not only greatly reduces the difficulty of crushing, but also significantly improves the production efficiency. It can easily meet the needs of high-intensity and large-scale crushing, and the productivity advantage is obvious.

    The overall structure of the equipment is optimised, and the core parts are made of high wear-resistant materials, which is convenient for later maintenance and low cost.   • 3. The particle size of the finished product is more uniform.

    The particle size of the finished product is uniform and regular, with a standard cube shape, and there are no needle-like impurities, which can meet the production needs without secondary processing. At the same time, the working surface of the moving cone is worn evenly and the force is balanced, which can effectively extend the service life of the equipment, reduce the replacement frequency of consumable parts, further reduce the cost of use, and adapt to all kinds of fine crushing. Working Principle:

The core of the work of the PY cone crusher is the motor drive. Through the hydraulic coupler and the bevel gear, the eccentric sleeve is driven to rotate, and then the cone is pulled to make a rotary swing movement. In this way, a crushing cavity with periodic changes in size will be formed between the moving cone and the fixed cone. After the material enters from the feed port, when the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, it will be squeezed, bent and sheared, so as to complete the crushing; when the moving cone is away from the fixed cone, the crushed material will slide down the crushing cavity by its own weight, thus completing a crushing.

Product Instructions for Use:

  1. Before power-on: check that the equipment is firmly connected and there is no loose sound, confirm that the lubrication is sufficient and there is no jam, clean up the debris from the feed port, and turn on the power after manually turning the rotor without any abnormality.
  2. After power-on: first run empty for 3-5 minutes. After checking the normal operation, feed evenly to avoid material accumulation. Keep a safe distance between people and the equipment during operation, and do not touch the operating parts.
  3. In operation: If there is abnormal noise, material jamming, overheating and other abnormalities, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. It is forbidden to send non-crushed materials such as metal into the equipment. When adjusting the gap, it should be stopped.

 

Product Maintenance:

  1. Daily maintenance: Clean up the residual materials of the equipment after each use, check the lubrication, replenish the lubricating oil in time, and troubleshoot the wear of consumable parts.
  2. Regular maintenance: check the fasteners every week, clean up the internal accumulation of the equipment every month, and check the electrical lines every 3 months to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
  3. Replacement of consumable parts: Replace the hammer head and liner in time when they are seriously worn. When replacing, you need to stop the machine and cut off the power. After replacement, the debugging is normal before putting it into use; before replacing the lubricant, you need to clean the oil line.
