PF Impact Crusher

The impact crusher is configured in the middle crushing after the coarse crusher, which can crush ores and rocks with a compressive strength of no more than 360 mPa, with the characteristics of large processing capacity and fine discharge. The crushed product is cubic, with low needle-like content and no internal cracks. It is the first choice equipment for the production of high-quality stone in high-grade highways, water conservancy, airports, construction and other industries.
It is used for coarse crushing and medium crushing. It can process pressure-resistant ≤360 megapascal ore rocks. The processing volume is large, the discharge is fine, and the finished product is cubic, which is suitable for high-quality stone production in highways, water conservancy and other industries.

  • 1. Multi-cavity uniform crushing, suitable for crushing hard rock

    With excellent structural design and performance advantages, it has become the preferred equipment in the field of hard rock crushing. Adopting a multi-cavity uniform crushing structure, the layout of the crushing cavity is scientific and reasonable, which can make the material undergo multiple and uniform impact and crushing in the cavity, and the force is more balanced, effectively avoid the blockage problem of hard rock crushing, adapting to the crushing needs of all kinds of high-hardness rocks, and the crushing efficiency is stable and efficient.

  • 3. The low and large feed port is convenient for the production line to arrange and increase the feed size.

    On the one hand, the low and large feeding port greatly reduces the difficulty of the overall layout of the production line, saves site space, and adapts to different scales of production scenarios; on the other hand, it can accommodate larger-sized raw material feeding, reducing the early pretreatment process, and further improving the overall production efficiency.

  • 4. The new wear-resistant material makes the plate hammer, counterattack plate and lining plate longer.

    Using new high-quality wear-resistant materials, it is specifically applied to wearable parts such as plate hammers, counter-impact plates, lining plates, etc., which significantly improves the wear resistance and impact resistance of parts, effectively extends the service life of consumable parts, reduces the frequency of replacement, reduces equipment maintenance costs and downtime loss, and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the production line.

Working Principle:

The motor drives the rotor shaft through the triangular belt. The material is broken due to the high-speed impact of the plate hammer on the rotating rotor, and is thrown to the counterattack liner to break again, and then bounces back from the counterattack surface back to the plate hammer action area to break again. This process is repeated. Until the material is crushed to the required particle size. The material is from the feeding port to the first crushing chamber, and then into the second crushing chamber. When the particle size of the crushed ore is smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the counterpart of the uniform component, it is discharged from the lower part of the machine, that is, the crushed product.

Product Instructions for Use:

  1. Preparation before starting: check that the bearing and moveable joints are sufficiently lubricated and there is no jamming; confirm that the fastener is fastened and there is no debris in the body; check that the gap between the counterattack liner and the rotor plate hammer meets the standard; rotate the rotor by hand to confirm that the operation is normal and there is no bruise.
  2. Start-up operation: start after checking that the whole machine is correct; if there is any abnormality after starting, stop immediately to troubleshoot the fault, eliminate it and restart.
  3. Feeding requirements: the feeding device should be used for uniform and continuous feeding, and the materials should be distributed throughout the working length of the rotor to avoid material blockage and stuffing; the feeding device is electrically interlocked with the crusher, and the conveyor belt will automatically stop and break the material when the equipment is overloaded.
  4. Discharge gap adjustment: Through the operation of the adjustment device, the side wall door of the frame can be opened to observe the gap; the first counterattack frame is adjusted by screwing the M56 nut, and the second counterattack frame and the equaliser plate are adjusted by screwing the M48 nut (the screw sleeve needs to be loosened before adjustment, and tightened after adjustment); the adjustment must be carried out after shutdown.
  5. Shutdown operation: Stop feeding before shutting down, and then cut off the power supply.

 

Product Maintenance:

  1. The machine should run smoothly. When the vibration of the machine suddenly increases, it should be stopped immediately to find out the cause and eliminate it.
  2. Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃. If it exceeds 70℃, it should be stopped immediately to find out the cause and eliminate it.
  3. When the wear of the plate hammer reaches the limit mark, it should be used or replaced in time.After assembling or replacing the plate hammer, the rotor balance must be maintained, and the static balance should not exceed 0.25kgm.
  4. When the rack liner is worn out, it should be replaced in time to avoid wearing the shell.
  5. Check the tightness status of all bolts before each power-on.
