Working Principle:
The motor drives the rotor shaft through the triangular belt. The material is broken due to the high-speed impact of the plate hammer on the rotating rotor, and is thrown to the counterattack liner to break again, and then bounces back from the counterattack surface back to the plate hammer action area to break again. This process is repeated. Until the material is crushed to the required particle size. The material is from the feeding port to the first crushing chamber, and then into the second crushing chamber. When the particle size of the crushed ore is smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the counterpart of the uniform component, it is discharged from the lower part of the machine, that is, the crushed product.
