Working Principle:

The HC series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher relies on the motor to drive the eccentric sleeve to rotate, and then pulls the moving cone back and forth. In this way, a crushing cavity is formed between the moving cone and the fixed cone. After the material enters from the feed port, the passive cone and fixed cone are squeezed and cut, and the crushed material slides down by its own weight to complete the discharge.

Product Instructions for Use:

Before starting the power, check that the connection part of the equipment is firm and sufficiently lubricated, clean up the debris at the feed port, and start the equipment after confirming that there is no jam and no potential collision.
The feeding should be uniform to avoid the accumulation of materials. It is forbidden to send unbroken debris into the equipment to prevent damage to parts.
If there is abnormal noise, overheating and other abnormalities during operation, it should be stopped immediately for troubleshooting, and then restarted after troubleshooting. It is strictly forbidden to run with faults.
Adjust the gap of the equipment, replace the lining plate and other operations need to be stopped. After the operation is completed, tighten the fixing parts.

Product Maintenance:

After daily use, clean up the residual materials in the equipment in time to avoid clumping.
Check the lubricating oil level regularly, and replenish the lack of oil in time to ensure the smooth operation of the machine.
Check the wear of the accessories every week, and replace them in time if the wear is serious.
When maintaining and replacing parts, the machine must be stopped and the power must be cut off, and it is forbidden to operate with electricity.
Avoid hard metal objects from entering the equipment to prevent parts from being damaged.
When not in use for a long time, clean up the equipment and do a good job of rust prevention.
