Typical Flow Of Artificial Sand Production Line

Working Principle:

The whole set of mechanical sand production line is driven by the motor to realise the coordinated operation of various equipment to realise the automated production of artificial sand: first of all, the raw materials are fed into the PE jaw crusher by the feeding system, and the first-level crushing is completed, and the large raw materials are crushed to the appropriate particle size; the crushed materials are transported to the YK circular vibrating screen for grading and screening, the unqualified particle size materials are eliminated, and the qualified materials are sent to the VSI vertical impact crusher; as the core sand-making equipment, the VSI vertical impact crusher crushes and shaping the materials through high-speed impact, and produces sand grains that meet the requirements; the materials after sand is transported to the XL series spiral sand washing machine to remove dirt, dust and other impurities on the surface of the sand particles, and complete the cleaning and dehydration; finally, the finished artificial sand is.

Product Maintenance:

  1. Daily maintenance (must be done every shift): clean the surface, feed port, discharge port and internal residual materials of each equipment after shutdown to avoid material clumping and corrosion equipment; check the connecting bolts and fasteners of each equipment, and tighten the loose parts in time; check the oil level of each lubricating part, supplement the adapted model lubricating oil, and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment. ; Clean up the debris of the YK circular vibrating screen to prevent blocking holes; check the residual materials of the XL series spiral sand washing machine washing trough and impeller to avoid blockage.
  2. Regular overhaul (weekly/monthly): check the operating status of the motor and reducer every week, clean up the surface dust, and check the insulation of the line; check the wear of the PE jaw crusher liner and the VSI vertical impact crusher hammer head, and repair or replace it in time; check the YK circular vibrating screen vibration motor, spring and X every month The wear of the impeller and sieve of the L series spiral sand washing machine, adjust the tightness of the transmission parts; check the sealing part of the equipment to prevent water leakage and material leakage.
  3. Long-term downtime maintenance: Before long-term downtime, thoroughly clean up all the residual materials inside and outside the equipment, rinse and dry them with water; empty the lubricating oil of each lubricating part and store it properly; place the equipment in a dry and ventilated place, and do a good job of dustproof and moisture-proof treatment to avoid rusting of the parts; before re-use, comprehensively check the status of the equipment, Add new lubricating oil and start after troubleshooting.
  4. Maintenance taboos: Before maintenance and overhaul, the power supply of the equipment must be cut off, and energised operation is strictly prohibited; it is forbidden to use lubricating oils and consumable parts that do not meet the requirements to avoid damage to the core equipment; it is forbidden to disassemble the core parts of the equipment at will. If disassemble, it needs to be operated according to the specifications; it is forbidden to clean, adjust or overhaul the equipment during operation.
