    The whole production line adopts the combination configuration of ZSW vibrating feeder, PE jaw crusher, PF counterattack crusher and YK circular vibrating screen. The division of labour is clear and the connection is smooth. From feeding, primary crushing, secondary crushing to screening, it realises automated continuous operation, greatly improves the overall production efficiency and reduces manual intervention.

    With PF counter-attack crusher as a secondary crushing equipment, the crushing effect is excellent. Working Principle:

The motor drives the operation of the relevant equipment, and the ZSW vibrating feeder evenly sends the materials into the PE jaw crusher (first-level crushing). After crushing, the material enters the PF counterattack crusher (secondary crushing) for further refinement and shaping; the crushed materials are transported to the YK circular vibrating screen to complete the grading screening, remove impurities, and separate sand and stones of different particle sizes; the whole process realises the integrated operation from feeding, crushing to screening through automated connection, and finally produces clean sand and stone finished products that meet the requirements.

Product Maintenance:

  1. Daily maintenance: clean up the surface of the equipment and the debris of the feed port and the discharge port every day, check the tightness of the connection parts of each equipment, and tighten the loose parts in time; regularly check the lubrication part and replenish the lubricating oil to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment; clean up the debris of the vibrating screen to prevent blockage.
  2. Regular maintenance: check the operating status of the motor and reducer every week, and troubleshoot the insulation of the line; check the wear of the crusher hammer head, lining plate, vibrating screen and other wear parts every month, and replace it in time; conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment every quarter to repair potential faults.
  3. Long-term downtime maintenance: thoroughly clean up the residual materials in the equipment, do a good job of dustproof and moisture-proof treatment; empty the grease of the lubricating system, replace the new grease before starting again, and comprehensively check the status of the equipment before starting.
  4. Notes: Before maintenance and overhaul, the power supply of the equipment should be cut off, and it is strictly forbidden to operate with electricity; consumable parts need to be adapted to avoid affecting the operating efficiency and service life of the equipment.
