Uniting Hearts and Minds, Moving Forward Hand in Hand

From August 20th to 24th, 2025,Jinhua Star Machinery & Steel Casting Co., Ltd. organized a team-building activity themed “Uniting Hearts and Minds, Moving Forward Hand in Hand,” leading all employees and their families on a 5-day recuperation trip to places like Xijiang Miao Village, Libo Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, and Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou Province. This activity aimed to allow employees to relax and unwind after their busy work schedules, while also enhancing team cohesion and employee sense of belonging.

The first stop of the activity was Xijiang Miao Village.

The charmingly arranged wooden stilted houses, the enthusiastic Miao song and dance performances, and the unique long table banquet immersed the employees and their families in the rich Miao cultural atmosphere, allowing them to experience a distinctive local custom. At the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in Libo, everyone strolled across ancient bridges, admiring the emerald-green lake water and tranquil canyon scenery, capturing these beautiful moments with their cameras. The final stop of the trip was the renowned Huangguoshu Waterfall. The powerful water cascading down from a great height created a deafening roar, leaving everyone in awe of nature’s wonders.

Throughout the journey, employees and their families helped each other and shared joy.

Younger employees proactively carried luggage for older colleagues, and the children’s laughter added much vitality to the trip. Through this recuperative and team-building activity, employees not only relieved work pressure but also enhanced mutual understanding and trust, truly achieving “uniting hearts and minds, walking hand in hand.”
