The VSI series has an optimised design with a more compact structure; it adopts a single drive shaft and is more powerful, so it can obtain a larger crushing ratio with a smaller number of crushing segments.
VSI series products are cube with good particle shape. It is especially suitable for artificial sand making and stone shaping. Practice has proved that the effect of sand making and shaping is 30% better than that of other traditional equipment.
The unique performance of the VSI series lies in the fact that it has a variety of different configurations. There are several different rotors to choose from to adapt to various application conditions, and to meet applications from crushing low-abrasion materials to high-abrasion materials.
The hydraulic control box is the standard configuration of the whole series of crushers. It has two functions: first, it adjusts the opening of the feeding door and controls the number of materials entering the rotor; second, it adjusts the motor seat and adjusts the tension of the transmission belt. All these adjustments are done through an easy-to-operate manual pump. The semi-automatic grease system is completely sealed to prevent dust from entering and ensure the full lubrication of the bearing.
Working Principle:
The material is feed into crusher through a feed hopper.There is a feed choke plate to control the volume into motor.This choke plate is control by hydraulic system and easy to use.The material falls down to feed tube by gravity action and continuously falls into rotor.The rotor is driven by a belt pulley which is connected with electrical motor.When the material enters into rotor,it is speeded up t045 65m/s by function of centrifugal force.Then the material will fly out from rotor through designed moving path.The ejected material will hit the material piled inside crusher cavity,and violent crash will happen.This high speed ‘Rock to Rock’ crash causes impact,cleavage and attrition of the feed material.

The maintenance of the equipment cannot be ignored, otherwise the wear condition of the wear-resistant parts cannot be found in time. Important: The impeller wear-resistant parts are designed to protect the impeller body from wear. They have nothing to do with the operation of the equipment, so it is impossible to judge the degree of wear of the parts through the discharge of materials. In order to ensure the trouble-free operation of the crusher, it is necessary to regularly check the condition of the impeller grinding wear-resistant parts and impeller accumulation in the equipment. For the wear-resistant parts that cannot meet the next shift of work, they should be replaced in time.
