The whole production line adopts the combination configuration of ZSW vibrating feeder, PE jaw crusher, PF counterattack crusher and YK circular vibrating screen. The division of labour is clear and the connection is smooth. From feeding, primary crushing, secondary crushing to screening, it realises automated continuous operation, greatly improves the overall production efficiency and reduces manual intervention.
With PF counter-attack crusher as a secondary crushing equipment, the crushing effect is excellent. The finished product is cube, the particle type is regular, the grade is coordinated, and there is no needle-like impurities, which meets the high-quality requirements of sand and stone finished products in construction, road construction and other fields.
The overall process design of the production line is simple, without complex redundant links, with standardised core equipment, low operation threshold, convenient daily maintenance; the universality of various equipment parts, convenient procurement and replacement of consumable parts, reducing operation and maintenance costs and downtime.
Compared with similar production lines, this product has low investment, fast effect, low equipment energy consumption and long service life. Long-term operation can effectively control production costs, take into account efficient production and economy, and is suitable for small and medium-sized crushing production needs.
It can widely process all kinds of rocks below medium hardness, such as limestone, shale, granite, etc., and adapt to multi-scene crushing production, which can not only meet the large-scale production of sand and stone factories, but also adapt to the on-site crushing needs of construction, roads and other fields.
Working Principle:
The motor drives the operation of the relevant equipment, and the ZSW vibrating feeder evenly sends the materials into the PE jaw crusher (first-level crushing). After crushing, the material enters the PF counterattack crusher (secondary crushing) for further refinement and shaping; the crushed materials are transported to the YK circular vibrating screen to complete the grading screening, remove impurities, and separate sand and stones of different particle sizes; the whole process realises the integrated operation from feeding, crushing to screening through automated connection, and finally produces clean sand and stone finished products that meet the requirements.
