Working Principle:
The YB series swing-type double-roller sand-making machine adopts a swing-type structure, relying on the transmission of a special reducer to drive the two rollers to rotate at a uniform speed; the material falls from the feed port into the V-shaped crushing cavity and completes the crushing under the action of friction and squeezing force, which is in line with the principle of laminating crushing. The output particle size can be controlled by adjusting the roller gap through the elastic adjustment mechanism. With spring overload protection, it can operate smoothly and adapt to the medium-fine crushing and sand-making operations of a variety of medium-hardness brittle materials.

- Before starting: check the tightness of each component of the equipment and the adequacy of lubricating oil to confirm that there is no debris residue;
- In operation: feed the material at a uniform speed, avoid partial load, observe the operating status of the equipment, and eliminate illegal operation;
