The equipment is very little affected by the moisture content of the material. It can stably handle materials with a moisture content of about 8%. The crushed finished product is a uniform cube, without too much needle sheet material, with high stacking density and excellent quality. At the same time, iron pollution during the operation of the equipment is extremely small, which can effectively ensure the purity of the finished product and adapt to the operation scenarios with high material quality requirements.
Working Principle:
After the material enters the body from the feeding port, it falls on the surface of the rotor. Because the rotor rotates with the spindle at high speed, the material rotates synchronously with the spindle through the raised spreading plate on the rotor and throws the material to the counterattack plate. Due to the special structure of the counterattack plate, the material is rebounded and has a downward and inward gathering movement, so as to enter the breakage. After being hit by the impact plate and the counterattack plate, the broken cavity moves in a circular motion in a “Z” shape around the rotor until it is broken to a certain particle size and the cavity is discharged from the discharge port.
