HPT Series Cone Crusher

Working Principle:

When the HPT series cone crusher is working, the motor drives the transmission shaft of the equipment to rotate through the pulley and triangular belt. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the spindle through the large and small bevel gears. The eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to rotate, so that the moving cone and the fixed cone are sometimes close and sometimes far away from the grinding wall. The material is constantly squeezed and impacted and crushed in the crushing cavity formed by the rolling mortar wall and the crushing wall, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower part.

Product Instructions for Use:

  1. Check the equipment before starting the machine to ensure that each connection part is not loose, the lubrication is in place, and the feed port is free of debris to avoid affecting the operation.
  2. Feeding should be uniform, avoid too much one-time stacking, and make full use of the advantages of high rotation speed and high passing capacity of the equipment to improve production efficiency.
  3. If there is a strange sound or stuck material during operation, stop and check immediately, troubleshoot and restart. It is strictly forbidden to run with faults.
  4. When adjusting the size of the material and replacing the accessories, the power must be stopped first, and it is strictly forbidden to operate with electricity.

  1. After daily use, clean up the residual materials in the equipment in time to avoid lumps and affect the next use.
  2. Regularly check the lubrication, and replenish the lack of oil in time to prevent parts from wear and jamming.
  3. Regularly check the wear of the lining plate and bearing, and replace it in time if it is broken to avoid affecting the crushing effect and production progress.
  4. When the equipment is not in use for a long time, do a good job of cleaning and anti-rust treatment, and put it in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture damage.
