Working Principle:
The motor drives the eccentric shaft through the slot wheel through the triangular belt, so that the moving machine moves according to the adjusted trajectory, so as to break the materials in the crushing cavity. The rack is composed of the front wall, the back wall and the left and right side panels. On the wall in front of the rack, the gear plate is tightened with wedge bolts 6. The tooth plate is divided into three pieces. The size of the upper and lower pieces is the same, and the length of the middle block is relatively small, so as to adapt to the fast wear in the middle of the tooth plate and easy replacement, and the upper and lower pieces continue to be used. The left and right side walls of the rack are equipped with side guards 7 to prevent wear of the rack wall. ·
The box-type cast steel piece of Dongying is equipped with a Ying plate on the front and a guard plate on the top of the front. The upper part is suspended on the frame with the eccentric shaft and roller bearing, and the lower part is supported on the elbow plate and in rolling contact. There are flywheels and slot wheels at both ends of the eccentric shaft.
The other end of the elbow plate is also in rolling contact with the adjustment seat 8. In addition to supporting the movement, the elbow plate also has an insurance effect when foreign objects that cannot be broken from outside enter the crushing cavity and the load of the crusher increases, it also has a safe effect, that is, self-breaking. So as to protect other parts from damage.
The adjustment seat is suspended on the back wall of the rack with two adjustment screws through the right-angled iron. The angle between the elbow plate and the movement can be fine-tuned by the gasket. When the discharge port needs to be adjusted, the adjustment gaskets of different thicknesses can be inserted through the adjustment seat of the oil-pressure roofing machine to achieve the purpose of adjustment.

Product Maintenance:
(1) According to the working condition of the lubrication point, pull the lubrication handle in time to refuel the lubrication point to ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend the service life.
(2) The grease used in this machine should be determined according to the place of use of the machine, temperature and other conditions. Generally, calcium-based, sodium-based or calcium-sodium-based grease can be used.
(3) The grease filling amount of the bearing seat is 50%~70% of its volume. When changing the oil, clean the roller bearing track with clean gasoline/kerosine.
(4) Cut off the power supply during maintenance, and use the original factory-aded accessories for consumable parts. Long-term deactivation needs to be cleaned and rust-proof.
