  • 1. Simple and reasonable structure and low operating cost

    The structure is simple and reasonable, the overall design is compact, and there is no need for complex accessories. It not only reduces the cost of equipment procurement, but also has low energy consumption and small losses during operation, which greatly reduces the later operation and maintenance expenses, and has outstanding cost performance.

    The equipment integrates the functions of coarse crushing and fine crushing, does not require additional supporting equipment, and adapts to a variety of crushing needs; the wear of fragible parts is small, and the structure is easy to disassemble, and the daily overhaul and maintenance operation are convenient, saving manpower and time costs.

  • 3. It is less affected by the moisture content of the material.

    The equipment is very little affected by the moisture content of the material. It can stably handle materials with a moisture content of about 8%. It is not prone to problems such as blockage and sticky walls, ensuring the continuous and smooth production and adapting to a variety of wet material crushing scenarios.

  • 4. The accumulation density is high and the iron pollution is very small.

    The crushed finished product is a uniform cube, without too much needle sheet material, with high stacking density and excellent quality. At the same time, iron pollution during the operation of the equipment is extremely small, which can effectively ensure the purity of the finished product and adapt to the operation scenarios with high material quality requirements.

Working Principle:

After the material enters the body from the feeding port, it falls on the surface of the rotor. Because the rotor rotates with the spindle at high speed, the material rotates synchronously with the spindle through the raised spreading plate on the rotor and throws the material to the counterattack plate. Due to the special structure of the counterattack plate, the material is rebounded and has a downward and inward gathering movement, so as to enter the breakage. After being hit by the impact plate and the counterattack plate, the broken cavity moves in a circular motion in a “Z” shape around the rotor until it is broken to a certain particle size and the cavity is discharged from the discharge port.

Product Instructions for Use:

  1. Installation: Check the size of the anchor bolt hole and correct it; hoist the mainframe and motor to the foundation respectively, adjust the vertical and pulley level, and fix the feed hopper; after the second grouting solidification, accurately adjust the pulley level and tighten the triangular belt; before installing the hopper, unscrew the bottom bolt of the bearing seat and install the “U” oil drain pipe; electricity The machine needs to be well grounded.
  2. Test operation of the empty car: check the tightness of the bolt, add lubricating oil, manually move the pulley to confirm that there is no impact sound; start the power and irdle for 0.5-1 hours, and after the shutdown is fully checked for any abnormalities, the load operation can be carried out (mainly clockwise rotation, reverse is also possible).
  3. Load operation: After 24 hours of load operation, start the machine and fasten all the bolts, and deal with abnormalities found in production in time.

 

Product Maintenance:

  1. After the machine runs smoothly, add the material, feed evenly, do not overload, and pay attention to the current change.
  2. The feed needs to meet the requirements. Remove large ores and metal blocks. It is recommended to install an iron remover.
  3. When the discharge particle size is abnormal, stop the machine to check the wear of the impact plate, the counterattack plate and the elasticity of the belt, and adjust or replace it in time.
  4. Avoid blockage of the discharge port, and prevent it from affecting the discharge and damaging the discharge pipe.
  5. Add No. 3 composite calcium-based grease to each shift; if the bearing is overheated, it will be stopped immediately for troubleshooting.
  6. Stop feeding before shutting down, drain the materials in the cavity and then shut down.
  7. When the speed and sound are abnormal, stop the material immediately and turn it on after troubleshooting.
  8. Regularly check and maintain, and replace consumable parts in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
