The tape conveyor series produced by the company has the advantages of large conveying volume, simple structure, convenient maintenance, standardised parts, etc. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be transported by a single machine, multiple machines or with other conveying equipment. The tape conveyor can be used in the range of ambient temperature -20℃ to +40℃, and the temperature of conveying materials is below 50℃.

1. Large conveying volume:

Working Principle:

The core of the tape conveyor is to rely on the motor to drive the roller to rotate, and the roller then pulls the conveyor belt to make continuous circular movements.

The material is placed from the feed port to the conveyor belt. With the help of the friction on the surface of the conveyor belt, it moves forward with the conveyor belt until it is transported to the designated discharge location to complete the transportation of the material.

The roller on the equipment will support the conveyor belt, reduce the friction during the operation of the conveyor belt, and make the conveying more stable. At the same time, it is equipped with a tensioning device to ensure that the conveyor belt is moderately elastic, avoid slipping, ensure that the whole conveying process is continuous and efficient, and adapts to the conveying needs of various materials.

Product Instructions for Use:

Purpose: It is widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, grain and other industries. It can convey a variety of materials such as block, granular, powder, etc., suitable for single independent conveying or multiple combinations, and linked with other equipment.
Applicable conditions: the ambient temperature is -20℃ to +40℃, and the temperature of the conveying material is ≤50℃, which can be flexibly arranged according to the needs of the conveying process.
Operation points: Check the tightness, tape tension and lubrication of the equipment before power-on; feed the material evenly during operation, avoid overload, and pay attention to the operation status of the tape; clean the materials before shutting down, turn off the power supply, and do a good job of basic cleaning.

Product Maintenance:

Daily maintenance: clean up the surface of the equipment and the residual materials of the tape in each shift, check the tension of the tape and the rotation of the drum, tighten the loose bolts, and replenish the lubricating oil.
Regular maintenance: check the wear of the tape and the firmness of the joint every week, and clean up the debris of the roller and the roller; check the lubrication status of the bearing every month, replace the ageing seal, and calibrate the problem of tape deviation.
Notes: Avoid conveying sharp and hard debris to prevent scratching the tape; in long-term downtime, it is necessary to clean up the tape, do a good job of dustproof and moisture-proofing, and comprehensively check before re-use; the power supply must be cut off before maintenance.

Application scenarios

Large belt conveyors are mainly used in the continuous conveying link of mines, sand and stone aggregate production lines and industrial material processing systems. They are used for efficient and stable long-distance transportation of crushed materials or finished sand and stone between different equipment. It is an important equipment to realise the automated operation of the whole production line.
